Sheridan needed a website that would surface in local searches, build trust immediately, and drive inbound calls — without relying on paid ads. The old site wasn't ranking and wasn't converting.
I built a mobile-first, conversion-focused site with service pages targeting Ocean County search terms, Google Business integration, and a fast-loading, structured layout designed to generate call and form leads organically.

Abbey Insurance has served Ocean County for 25+ years but had an outdated web presence that wasn't generating leads. They needed a complete redesign that communicated trust, years of experience, and clear service offerings to NJ homeowners, drivers, and business owners.
The build includes dedicated landing pages for each coverage type — auto, home, business, renters, watercraft, and flood — each optimized for NJ-specific search intent, with full SEO infrastructure including structured data, sitemap, and 301 redirect handling for legacy indexed URLs.
Additional complexity included a custom multi-field quote request form with Netlify form handling and conditional field logic, an embedded Neptune Flood live quote widget, and canonical domain enforcement across all pages to resolve Google Search Console redirect errors post-migration.

The site puts current and pending listings front and center, guides buyers and sellers through a clear service breakdown, and targets hyper-local search terms across Little Egg Harbor and Ocean County to drive organic leads without ad spend.
